We are husband and wife staying in Abudhabi myself Srilankan and my wife from philippines. We had baby born on 30th July 2020. We got married on 27th February 2020. I have heard some people saying that if there will be not 180 days gap between married date and delivery date it will be a crime and they will not issue baby’s birth certificate.Please advise

If you will / must give birth in the UAE, there must be a marriage contract, so you can avoid accusing you of any adultery, which means that you will be imprisoned

Hi thanks for reply. We have already married certificate which was attested by MOFA. As per Hospital said From marriage date to delivery date must complete 180 days but in our cause there is 25 days less to complete the 180 days.So I went to the court today then court said that I have to file a cause this regards.I just want to know that if there will be any finality or punishment against us because of this.Please advise
