My ex-room mate damaged my Camera worth 10,000 AED

We would like to inform you that if your ex-roommate destroyed your camera, then in this case you can open a report against your partner at the relevant police station to prove that your ex-roommate in the room destroyed your camera, and the report will be referred to the court and you can request appropriate compensation according to the damage your ex-roommate caused you.
This is according to the provisions of the UAE Civil Transactions Law:

Article 282
Any harm to others is obligatory for the perpetrator, even if he is not, to guarantee the damage.

Article 292
In all cases, the guarantee shall be assessed in proportion to the damage caused by the injured and the lost earnings, provided that this is a natural consequence of the harmful act.
