I want to know more about salary deductions of a company that someone has been working with for 6month and I went for medical care because the company doesn't provide any medical care for workers he said because I don't work for some days and he was aware of my my health issue.last month he didn't deduct the money now he said because we demanded for 2 hours break,we're working 12 hours per day and he only gave 1hour break since yesterday he was furious and confused about the situation,no overtime no other benefits than salary
