I have partner visa in dubai, if i'm staying out...
I have partner visa in dubai, if i'm staying out of UAE means as if I'm staying in my own country Bangladesh for last 5 month - in that case should i entry in dubai within 6 month period or 1 year period? What the UAE gov. rules regarding this issue in this situation...pls let me know.

We would like to inform you that if you have a valid partner visa then you can't stay out of UAE for more than 6 months.
If you want to stay more than 6 months, then the sponsor shall apply a request to the Residence Department to be able to stay more than 6 months.
Then the Residence Department will check the request and issue the decision whether reject or accept it.

But i have been told that for the COVID-19 situation i may get entry after 6 month though i'm staying out of UAE for more than 6 months, and this new rules will remain till December 2020. Is this information ok?
