Hi,it happened to hire a room (104) at Al Dar on 19 August 2020, but disappointed over the bad services and serious offences by hotel management and staff. Concern/Complaint: 1. they confirmed booking/check-ins while carrying out some maintenance/reparation work for bad Central A/C. 2. Water was logging/blocking in bath tubs of bathroom. 3. Iron-box was provided with broken cap/cover that could have posed a life hazard/danger to the user; as electrical leads/wires were open (Serious Offense). 4. Air-condition in room was in very bad condition and there was no sufficient cooling/chilling inside the room. 5. Payment received separately for parking but not provided.6. Receptionist (lady) was found without face mask during the duty.Thank for your invaluable advice and support.

The official and unified gateway for submitting complaints of the UAE Federal Government, and customers ​​can submit complaints, suggestions, or Compliments through this gate and can follow the its status electronically.

To submit a complaint or suggestion through this channel, it is required to do it according to the following steps:

 

  1. Registration on NCRM website.

 

  1. Enter your information in the custom fields on the registration form.

 

  1. After accessing the website you will be able to participate in any of the following types of records (Suggestions, Remarks, Compliments) after filling all the fields.

 

  1. After finishing all of the above, you will receive the register number via e-mail or text message.

Hi,Thank you for your advice, but I am disappointed after visiting Al-Gharb Police station and submission of my complaint via http://sedd.ae with reference number : 205886. Still no update or inquiry initiated by any department. As my experience and analysis, these all departments need to be overhauled and streamlined, as they lack interest in public grievance and complaint and also there lapses in the systems of complaint redressal. I would appreciate, if you give reference of any hyper active organisation/authority that can address issues of public interest.Thank you!
