We would like to inform you that the Emirates ID card shall be renewed within 30 days of its expiration date. In the event that it is not renewed, a delay fine will be imposed at the rate of 20 dirhams per day, and a maximum of 1000 dirhams per month.
If the card is lost or damaged, the customer shall pay 300 dirhams in addition to the application fee of 70 dirhams if submitted through the typing offices, or 40 dirhams if submitted online through the electronic form on the authority’s website.
In the event of an immediate service request, an amount of 150 dirhams will be added, and the card is obtained from the main customer happiness centers of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship.
