Hello, i have high anxiety and i feel lots of muscle tension around my neck and shoulders, which make it hard for me to speak freely especially in social situations, any eye contact will trigger this and the tension/shaking gets rly strong and I cannot control it, i never had these problems before but a traumatic and some abuse triggered this in the last few years, what should i do to cure it? Is there a medicine? Because this is interpreting my life and I cannot sit with people any longer.

 - Training yourself in social situations before going through them through the use of the mirror, so you talk to people imaginatively in an imaginary social situation that you feel embarrassed and tense before that, or you may go through it appropriately and an orderly and organized speech that makes you feel good about yourself, which prepares you and reduces your frustration in Real position
