You must review the courts of the Emirate in which you reside and submit a request to declare Islam, provided that the following documents are attached to your request:
- passport .
- Two witnesses.
Those who want to convert to Islam must say before the judge: “I bear witness that there is no god but Allah and I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah.”
After that, you will obtain a certificate that you have entered the Islamic religion.
