How to get super Visa to canada ,, My daughter will give birth to her first child ,, and my son is also there need to go see them and help my daughter. She already prepared the papers necessary of invitation

My name is RaidaAl Matook How to apply for a super Visa to Canada ,,my daughter is giving birth to her first child on 12/30 /2020 need to be with her ,,, My son is also there didn't see him for about 9 months now . I've been informed that it's not possible from the Canadian embassy in Abu Dhabi ..

We would like to inform you that if you want to get visa to Canada, then you have to review the Canadian embassy where you reside and apply for visa and attach the following documents:
1. A copy of your valid passport for at least six months.
2. Personal photo as the passport photos.
3. A bank statement to guarantee the expenses of residence duration there.
4. Hotel Reservations “ ticket”
5. Air tickets “ round trip “
6. Health Insurance.
7. A certificate of Good Conduct.
8. Provide you valid residence for at least 3 months.
9. Provide the employer Non Objection Certificate.
10. Pay the fees and wait for the reply whether you are accepted or not.
