You have to file a complaint at the Manpower Authority against the employer for not fulfilling his / her obligations under the work contract
The employer will be notified for an investigation and interrogation, and the complaint will be referred to the labor court for ruling
You have to submit your complaint and raise your claim within one year from the date of the employer's violation act.
Article 144 of the Kuwaiti Labor Law stipulates that
Cases of labor disagreements are not heard or reviewed after a pass of a year of the act, this is in case claims are brought by workers according to the provisions of this law shall not be heard upon denial of employers.
