If you wish to travel to work in Kuwait, you must obtain a visa or entry permit to work by contracting with one of the entities / companies in Kuwait and obtaining an offer letter - work contract and then finalizing the procedures for getting a visa at the Kuwaiti embassy. You will be required to provide the following documents:
A valid passport
The work contract in one of the companies in Kuwait
No objection Letter to enter Kuwait
Medical fitness Report
This is in regards of the legal procedures for traveling to work in Kuwait

Knowing that, the first article of the decree of the Kuwaiti Foreigners Entry Law stipulates that:
A foreigner may not enter or leave Kuwait unless he / she holds a valid passport issued by the competent authorities of his / her country or any other recognized authority, or he / she holds a document that acts as a passport and issued by one of the aforementioned authorities.
The children of the countries of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf are excluded from the provisions of the previous clause. For them, Identity Card is enough.
The Minister of Interior shall issue the necessary rules for determining this card in agreement with the countries referred to in the previous paragraph.
