Hi..how are you.My issue is my visa expired last april ok then i submit all documents for renewal by march or April.. then by month of June I submit resignation as serve as one month noticed period and my last end of service is last July 29 instead of 31 because 30 is holiday and 31 is Friday so they deduct 2 days on my settlements. I didn't get full last salary for July.Then on August 16 i went to office and hr handed me the cancellation and I surprise that my visa expired and I must leave the country from may 11,2020 iys shocked me so much.how come no one informed me that they didn't renew my contract. And from May,June and July im working in company and now hr told me I meed to pay the fines.how come i need to pay the fines I dont dis obey the rules .the hr they are the one handle this things and they can't do anything my fines is adding day by day because I'm still waiting for my settlements to be credited on my account.

I dont understand why i need to pay the fines.im in company til July and I am working with them.its hr negligence this is all I know.day by day my fines is adding but my settlements didnt credited to my account. How come this is my fault if hr didnt know the rules them how will I know.federal authority told me company must pay and hr told me they will not pay anything.
