ou have to refer to the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation in order to open a complaint against the employer because of the closure of the company and you can ask for approval to transfer to another company due to the closure of the previous company, along with obtaining a letter addressed to the General Administration of Residence in order to transfer the residence to the new company
