Very Good morning Sir, My name is Tharmar Arunachalam and residing in Sharjah ina Single BHK flat in Al Qasimia. I am working as a Site supervior In a Consultant in Dubai. My friend family is residing in other building in same area.He suppose to shift the flat before 24th of August. He found already three bed room flat for his family in the same area.The think is his visa expired already and renewal it takes atleast one week . In this condition can my make the agreement with the developer for the rental of three bed room flat to help my friend. Is it poossible to have flat for rent at at a time.Sir please advice me what to do
