We would like to inform you that although your inquiry is not clear, we refer to the following information:
If your inquiry relates to the employer's failure to pay salaries for 6 months, the worker may file a complaint at the Ministry of Human Resources against the employer in order to apply for the request to obtain 6 salaries that were not paid by the employer.
The Ministry of Human Resources will transfer the complaint to the Labor Court in Sharjah in order to issue a court ruling against the employer forcing the payment of all the back wages in favor of the worker.
This case lasts between two to six months on average, and the period may increase or decrease depending on the work pressure of the court.
According to the UAE Labor Law, a worker is entitled to terminate an employment contract if the employer refuses to abide by the terms of the employment contract, including the payment of salaries. Also, if you get a ruling from the Labor Court that you are entitled to a salary of at least two months, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation will allow you to terminate the employment contract and transfer the sponsorship to another employer without the consent of the current employer.
Here is the text of the UAE Labor Law related to your inquiry:
Article (121):
A worker may leave work without notice in one of the following cases:
1- If the employer violates his obligations before the worker in the articles stipulated in the contract or the law.
2- If the employer or his legal representative signs an assault on the worker.
