We would like to inform you that if the employer didn’t pay the wages on time, then you can file a complaint in the Ministry of Human Resources against the employer. So they will call the employer to force him to pay the salaries on the due date.

If you get a sentence for your side to get salary of 2 months, then you can claim to transfer the sponsorship and move to a new company without the approval of the current employer.

Workers who are hired by an annual or monthly wage shall be paid at least once a month and all other workers shall be paid at least once every two weeks. 

Article 58

Evidence of payment to workers of their due wages, irrespective of their amount or nature, shall not be admissible unless it is in the form of documentary proof, admission or oath.. Any agreement to the contrary shall be null and void, albeit made prior to the date this Law comes into force.
