I had applied for a mortgage loan with FAB and the bank agreed to give the loan. Based on that I asked the property Developer Aldar to prepare the SPA. After the SPA creation FAB declined my Mortgage due to temporary salary Reduction in my salary due to covid-19 situation. Now I lost all the money paid upfront for the SPA. Aldar was not willing to cancel the SPA. Aldar asked to find a buyer. Due current situation no one was ready to invest. So Finally I found a buyer to pay Aldar the balance amount and buy the property. Due to this I lost nearly 400,000 invested upfront for the SPA. What shlould I do now ? File case or keep quiet m Pls advice.
