I,am from Abu Dhabi and Ihave three bounced Cheque from a FUJAIRAH national. Which he had given to me as rental amount. But all the cheques bounced and he lived in the apartment for 13 months without paying a single Dhirhams. The police case is complete for all three. First cheque court put fine of 10000 , the second cheque got the court case number and for the third cheque court case process in progress. What should I do to get the cheques amount. Is it still possible to negotiate with that person to get the cheques amount or we need to file a civil case ?
