Please be kindly informed that according to the information provided to us in your inquiry and with reference to the Federal Civil Procedure Law, and with regard to appeal, yes, judgments issued by the Court of First Instance can be appealed, but the appeal and objection to the judgment must be submitted within the legal period of thirty days in civil judgments Article 159
The deadline for the appeal is thirty days, unless the law stipulates otherwise, and the time limit is ten days in urgent matters.
1- The appeal shall be filed with a newspaper that is deposited with the clerk of the competent appellate court, and it shall be recorded immediately in the register prepared for that.
2 - The appellant must provide sufficient copies of the appeal sheet, equal to the number of the appellant, and a copy for the clerical pen, and attach to it the documents supporting his appeal.
3-Nevertheless, the appellant may present the reasons for his appeal until the date of the first session set for hearing the appeal, except for a ruling that his appeal is not accepted.
1- The appellant may, until the date of the first session of the pleading, file an appeal either through the usual procedures or by a memorandum containing the reasons for his appeal.
2 - The appeal referred to in the previous paragraph is considered a counter appeal if it is filed during the appeal deadline and a subsidiary appeal if it is filed after the deadline or if the person who filed it accepted the ruling earlier on the filing of the original appeal.
3- The subsidiary appeal follows the original appeal and will be extinguished if the original appellant waives his appeal or a ruling not to accept the original appeal in form. As for the counter appeal, it does not disappear with the demise of the original appeal, regardless of the method in which it was filed.
