Please can I use alcoholic for armpit boil

?what is the treatment of boil 
the boil is considered as an infection of the hair follicle ,and can affect many areas of the body including armpit ,scalp ,neck  and others ,for the treatment ,we can use warm compressors multiple times daily so the pus can go out  ,also we can  use the alcohol also ,we can go for incision and drainage  and use the topical antibiotic like fucidin cream to treat bacterial infections and we advice to visit the doctor 
? what is the required investigations 
after taking the history and doing proper physical exam ,we can perform cbc to look for anemia and leukocytosis 
 ?what is the cause of boil  
improper hygiene 
diabetes 
immune deficiency 
poor nutrition 
  : symptoms of boil  
The skin around the boil becomes infected. It turns red, painful, warm, and swollen.
More boils may appear around the original one.
 fever.
Lymph nodes may become swollen.
