I have a case due to loan unpaid. My previous company cant cancel my visa due to the pending case. I have now new job and the bank need settlement. I cant settle the loan amount yet. Im asking them to lift the case so the new company can issue me new visa and then i can make regular payments every month then.but they refuse they want settlement of 30,000dr where will i get the amount
