We would like to inform you that originally, a foreigner may enter Oman and return to it whenever he fulfills the conditions established under the Foreign Residence Law and its implementing regulations, which should be available in the one who applying for the visa of different types of visas, unless the competent authority has reasons for not allowing him to return to Oman.
It is permissible to return after obtaining permission from the Immigration and Residence Administration
