Dear Concern,Hi my name is wajahat,I put a complain against my owner on 27 april 2020 on labour court helpline, they registered it in same time and I got call on next day from tawafuq, they open a labour case against my company on 11 may 2020, they ask me to deposit fee 160aed and I deposited on same day, my 1st hearing was on 01.06.2020, my final hearing is on 25.06.2020. They decided that I will get my claim amount, I visit aldheed office oud metha and open execution file on 2nd July 2020, they told come after 15 days and get your company, I visited after 2days they told no one is responding from your company, take feed back after 15 days, dubai court send notice on 5aug 2020, today I again take feedback they told after 6days come and open request for blocking bank account and trade licence of your company, My question is that when I will get my money, what is use of blocking accounts, how long it will take ?It's almost 6months I am not getting salary my passport is with company how I will work any other company, without money how I will survive in this country?Regards,Wajahat
