sir, I am Rajeev, Passport no J9637976 Left from Jmart Hypermarket. after cancellation they'he blocked me in emigration 26th July was the last date to exit and when the new company apply from visa 6th August. knowing which was blocked by the previous company. Labour paper also with me which passed. The i complaint in Thashel 12th August. until now previous company does not have any response to my complaint. Please give me a solution

We would like to inform you that if the previous company imposed a ban after canceling the visa, here is the following information:
 You shall submit a complaint at the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation against your previous company, provided that you provide evidence that you have terminated the employment  contract with the previous company legally.
 And you shall follow up on the complaint that you have submitted until a decision is made regard it, so that you may obtain a new visa. You may also ask the Department of Human Resources to grant you temporary permission until the complaint is resolved.

Sir,Replied from the thazeel Dubai and to research the complaint. final date is given me on 18/08/2020. as well what shall i do for the emigration cleaners, since the previous company absconding marked already.

Sir,The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation doesn't solve the problem, in stead adviser informed me to call 80060 after 24 hours again for labor court.And also request send in the Emigration with PRO from the new company to remove absconding marked by the previous company no:201202001001397032.please advise

Sir, 4 days have been passed since i send request in the Emigration department as per above number.is there any source to know the request status?please advice.
