We would like to inform you that yes you can transfer your sponsership, the Kuwait law Article 22

Required documents are:

1. Attach the request form for the transfer of sponsorship, provided that it is waived by the former and new sponsor.
2. Two pictures with blue background.
3. The signature of the sponsor shall be approved and a copy attached thereto
4. Attach the original passport to the sponsored person to view it.
5. Work the form of canceling and transferring the work permit and be from the General Authority for Manpower B, a letter issued by the competent immigration department indicating the approval of the transfer.
6. Attach the health insurance certificate.
7. Payment of the prescribed fees.
8. Attach the original civil card (for the sponsored).
9. Attach a salary certificate to the sponsor in the government sector or attach a work permit to the sponsor in the private sector, provided that the salary is not less than 450 KD.
10. Proof of relationship of kinship.
11. Attach the original card to the sponsor and a copy of it.
12. The photo model is attached to a sticker with adhesive.
