Hi Doc can pls tell me what happening to me , i feel like im not the person as before.. Especially when i attend interview or met new people.. i cannot even express my self.. it feels like eating me alive cannot sleep well and my heart beat fast i cannot concentrate at work

Social phobia or social fear is a type of chronicle anxiety. Symptoms appear as severe sweating, fast heart beating, trembling of body parts. A patient feels lack of focus, distracting thoughts. The patient of such situation fears committing mistakes in front of others, especially strangers. He fears being mocked at or criticized. This kind of fear leads to a strong stimulation to the nervous system, which Secretion of the adrenaline hormone with a large amount. Physical symptoms will appear which has to be treated early, so it does not get worse.
It is a kind of psychological anxiety. You are not suffering from any mental illness or a severe psychological illness.
Secondly, you have to know the symptoms that appear to you, so you be careful of not noticing what is happening with you. Notice if you feel a contraction in chest or a heart beating. It is all physiological symptoms

Enrich your self-esteem and be confident. Start participating in activities fit to your age and tendencies, so you can build relationships with people.
Challenge these ideas when you meet strangers. Feeling the fear of being mistaken or criticized by people. No one mocks at you, as long as you know the fear and you are preparing to challenge and lose it.
