We would like to inform you that all expatriates of any nationality were allowed to marry in the United Arab Emirates, regardless of their religion, nationality or origin, through the completion of the marriage ceremony according to their religious beliefs. Muslim expatriates could perform the marriage ceremony in the courts or through the legitimate authorization of their home. The application for marriage is submitted with all necessary documents to the Courts Department in Ras Al Khaimah. The marriage certificate is officially issued in the presence of two witnesses.
