If you mean by your inquiry that you have shared an amount of money in this company to obtain a profit, and it has subsequently been shown that it is a fake company or that its activity is fictitious, you can file a complaint against the owner of this company in this company for defrauding you to get your money but if you are this company that is not fake, but they refuse to give you your money or its profits, in this case you can file a lawsuit before the Commercial Court to recover your money and profits from this company
