- May Previous Company did not pay my Final Settlement and gratuity, this happen March 2017.-I opened legal case and i got Judgement statement final with 165000 QR company has to pay to me .- Company continued ignoring so I complete the process and i make Travel Ban to sponsor.- Jude-man approve the travel ban , and sponsor is not ban from travel.- 6 month passed and nothing happened.I would ask what i have to do next ?

Dear, the judgment issued by the court in your favor needs to file an execution case before the execution court and to place a seizure on the company’s accounts by a court’s decision to collect all the rights. A case must be taken and a case for implementing the judgment is not sufficient to obtain the judgment without filing the case

Execution case already filed and all process done .then i file travel ban and that also record and approve by court.but nothing happened after that mean the travel ban not affect the sponsor to pay .My question what I have to do next after Travel ban to let them pay ?thank you
