the worker cannot transfer the sponsorship to another company until a year passes or obtaining the approval of the current employer to transfer the sponsorship to a new company.
Here is the text of the Kuwaiti Labor Law relating to your inquiry:
Article (32)
The period of experience of the worker shall be determined in the contract of employment, provided that it shall not exceed one hundred working days. Either party to the contract shall terminate during the trial period without notice. If the termination by the employer committed to pay the end of service benefit to the worker for the period of his work in accordance with the provisions of this law.
The worker may not be employed under the experience of the employer more than once, and the Minister shall issue a decision regulating the terms and conditions of work during the trial period.
