good day doctor, i am getting worried now, i have this small wound on my nipple, i dnt know how i got this but i just want to be sure, its not that painful, regardless that it is wound. i also had self breast examination and i didnt find any bump.

Treatment of small nipple wound
It is common complaint and you did self examination of breast and there is no lumps thus do not worry. Keep your nipple area clean and dry and avoid itching or trying to remove wounds by your hands. Apply hydrocortisone cream like Betamethasone cream three times daily on your nipples in addition to RETIN CREAM twice daily to relieve wounds

There is no need to do blood tests. You can seek your doctor examination for clinical evaluation just

There are many causes and factors like
- Allergic reactions
- bad Hygeine
- Viral or fungal infections
- Dryness of nipple skin
