I asked if it is proper for a company to seize ones passport for more than 6 months in the name of offering him a job & still collect Aed.1000 from him that they wants to change status for & give him visa from 10th June to 8th August as Employment visa while before then he have been working with them in the garage since 11th may till date no salary has been given to him either

We would like to inform you that if you mean the employer, then you have to file a complaint in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and clarify the reasons of the complaint and attach the documents that prove your complaint. The labor office will hear the employer, then they will decide and issue the verdict or refer it to the labor court.
