Sir, One of our employee has completed his limited contract and we have prepared the renewal contract and completed his medical formalities. His contract has to be submitted MOL before 31st of july 2020 and he purposely delayed to sign it and the fine also started. After that he suddenly gave his resignation on August 6 and he refused to serve any notice period. Can we take any action against him as he really cheated the employer
