Hello.. I have to much dandruff problm

Dandruff treatment:
Avoid stress , avoid any commercial products
You should also use a shampoo that contains zinc antidandrof shampoo, use a shampoo containing selenium  , as well as use an anti-fungal spray such as ketoconazole or terbenafine.
What is dandruff?
Hair dandruff is a non-living layer of skin that forms in the case of dehydration of the scalp or in the case of a head fungus infection
How is dandruff treatment shampoo used?
    Rinse the hair with lukewarm water before using the shampoo
    Apply shampoo to hair and rub hair gently
    Leave the shampoo on the hair for 5 minutes
    Rinse the hair with lukewarm water again
    The shampoo is used once a day for a month
