Hi good afternoon. Myself Muhammad Afzal. I have pain in chest left side and below the chest also feel hungry but don't want to eat. Feeling laziness and unhealthy as well. Please guide me what's the problem

What are the management of left side chest pain ?
Treatment of Abdominal pain depends on the cause , so you need to do few tests in the nearest medical center for clinical assessment and for lab tests to reach the diagnosis and treat it accordingly such as : Use over the counter pain killer as acetaminophen and u to se topical muscle relaxant as voltaren gel and anti-inflammatory drugs as catflam
. For reflux : use antacids for heartburn and reflux and have a balanced healthy diet and avoid smoking and alcohol
