According to the information provided to us in your inquiry, the matter is considered a legal offense to the rules of the Labor Law, so it is possible to communicate with the representative of the company to which the delivery worker is concerned and to explain the matter in detail for the purposes of imposing disciplinary procedures by reason according to the Labor Law and according to Article 102 of the Labor Law stipulates the following:
The disciplinary measures that an employer or his representative may impose on the workers shall be as follows:
1. Warning.
2. Fine.
3. Suspension from work with reduced pay for a period not to exceed 10 days.
4. Denial or deferment of periodical allowance, in firms applying such a scheme.
5. Denial of promotion, in establishments applying a promotion scheme.
6. Dismissal without prejudice to severance pay.
7. Dismissal with denial of all or part of the severance pay. This penalty may not be imposed for reasons other than those exclusively specified in Article 120 hereof.We would like to inform you that according to the Federal Labor Law, in the event of refusal to transfer and the worker's termination of work, the matter may be considered an arbitrary dismissal and the text of the article applies to it.
Article 115
Where an employment contract is for a definite term and the employer revokes it for reasons other than those specified in Article (120) he shall be required to compensate the worker for any damage the latter sustains, provided that the amount of compensation shall in no case exceed the aggregate wage due for a period of three months or the remaining period of the contract, whichever is shorter, unless otherwise stipulated in the contract. unless the reason for termination is related to what is stipulated in Article (120)
