Treatment of yellow discharge from penis skin

It is common symptoms due to inflammation of skin penis. Firstly, keep your penis area clean and dry. Avoid itching by your hands and use wide healthy underwear. Apply antibiotic cream like Fuscidine cream twice daily for several days in addition to oral antibiotic like Amoxicillin 500 mg three times daily for one week.

Investigations to do 

If there is no response to treatment you can take swab culture from discharge to determine the causative agent.
