Good evening. Am mary.working as a nurse..I got 1 year labour ban from my private hospital because I breached contract..now i got job in ministry of health and applied for new work visa by them and it is rejected.the reason I don't know..but I know even there is labour ban the public sector can lift up..is it correct.or am unable to work in government sector also.please give me a reply..

We would like to inform you that if there is a work ban imposed against you due to illegal termination of the hospital's employment contract, then that prevents you from working again for a private business owner (the public sector).
If you got a government employment contract, the Ministry of Human Resources will study the application & the ban will be removed mostly.
