Treatment of dysmenorrhea

It is common complaint and means pain during menses due to an understood causes at most cases. Firstly, avoid heavy works during menses. Increase your daily intake of vitamin C juices to relieve pain. Take analgesics like Ibburofen 400 mg three times daily to relieve pain. Take pyrodixine tabs once or twice daily to relieve pain during menses. 

Investigations to do

It is physiological condition at most cases. You can take urine analysis to exclude UTIs. CBC for anemia or increased WBCs. US for uterus and ovaries.
