Treatment
- chest pain that occurs during breathing is mainly due to muscular problems or ribs fracture and to reduce the pain you should follow some advice such as avoiding heavy and strenuous exercises, don't carry heavy weights, try to massage the area with warm water gently, and you can use some medications such as Topical analgesia on the chest such as Diclofenac gel twice a day, Balgesic 1 pill three times a day to relax the muscles and pain killer along with it as Cataflam 50mg twice a day.

- based on the symptoms the patient complains about, the physical examination of the chest, and an x-ray of the chest to discover any fracture
causes:
- falling down
- trauma
- exposing to cold weather
- a wrong and aggressive movement
- inappropriate sleeping position
