My name is Ashly and I am under spouse visa....
My name is Ashly and I am under spouse visa. Currently I am working in a company in Abu Dhabi. they didn't provide me the work permit and not paying salary on time for a medical emergency. I joined on July 1st 2020. I need to resign from the company due to the medical emergency. As per the offer letter there is a notice period of two months. As I am under spouse visa and not having labour card, do I need to serve the notice period?
