hi,Good afternoon..I just want to ask if someone filea complaint already to this company? - Al Sobha Data Typing ServiceBecause, They hired me to work with them as a freelance(encoder) work from home basis. They set an appointmentwith me to their office and discussed/trained me to workin their software. After that they installed the softwarein my laptop, they asked 400 aed to me as a registration/deposit fee and telling me that I can refund the amountonce the project is finished.The project is good for 6 months and the target is youhave to finished 1000 forms in 20 days.and you will get a 2000 AED guarantee if you made noerrors in their forms. I grab the offer because when I saw the 20 trial forms,it's not that much complicated. The hand writings is clearand manageable to work.(I guess so..)after a week, after signing and payed for the deposit fee,They sent me the 1000 forms to start the project and afterseeing this forms it's totally different from what I didbefore from the 20 trial forms. It's like an elite level forms orshould I say a very rare of hand writing which gives a headachedaily if you will work with that form.. So to cut the story short, I finished the 1000 forms before thedeadline,sent to them and after a week, they told me the resultis I will not received any amount because I made 50+ mistakesin there forms. (and by the way, the rules why I will not getany amount to them for a 1000 forms are the following:MISTAKES AMOUNT00 TO 20 2000 AED21 TO 30 1000 AED31 TO 40 500 AED41 TO 50 250 AEDABOVE 50 NO AMOUNTWhich is tricky..So, what do you think, Can I get a refund to them?At least the 400 aed which I deposited to them..Thanks
