Yes Ma'am, i just want to know ( without physically going to doctor ) if i have any problem with my heart

I did already a stress test, 2d echo and ecg last 3 months ago and all went good. But i am still anxious if i have a heart problem this past few days due to some shortness of breath and lightheadedness

Treatment of heart diseases:
It depends on the problem of your heart, your age, symptoms, general health, so treatment may be by conservative management as avoiding stress, do regular exercise, avoid smoking, decrease weight...etc, and you may need medication to improve your heart work or surgical intervention as PCI or CABG to treat vessels narrowing or valve problems...etc
Diagnosis of heart diseases:
It depends on the clinical examination by a cardiologist and investigations as ECG, ECHO, PCI, Stress ECG, Blood pressure measurment, cholesterol and triglycerdise levels, cardiac enzymes...etc.
Symptoms of heart diseases:
- Dyspnea
- Chest pain
- Chest tightness
- Epigastric pain
- Neck and left shoulder pain
- Sweating
- Sleep disturbance
What i advise you?
