Dear SirI have a question. One for our employee is terminated with 3 months notice on job redundancy. We have paid his full and final settlement dues, calculated as of last date of working and his 3months notice period amount. Employees is claiming for gratuity for next three months too for which he is not working , but we have paid his gratuity till his last working date. Employees is claiming for the notice period too, which he is not working. Termination is made with immediate effect.
