Dear SirI have a question. One for our employee is terminated with 3 months notice on job redundancy. We have paid his full and final settlement dues, calculated as of last date of working and his 3months notice period amount. Employees is claiming for gratuity for next three months too for which he is not working , but we have paid his gratuity till his last working date. Employees is claiming for the notice period too, which he is not working. Termination is made with immediate effect. We would like to inform you that if you mean the employer, then you have to file a complaint in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and clarify the reasons of the complaint and attach the documents that prove your complaint. The labor office will hear the employer, then they will decide and issue the verdict or refer it to the labor court.
