-He must be a citizen of the UAE

-Fully qualified

-University degree in the field of accounting or a higher scientific qualification in the same field from one of the universities or higher institutes recognized in the UAE

-Good conduct and have not been sentenced to punishment for a felony or misdemeanor involving breach of honor, unless the final judgment was issued for a period of not less than three years.

-Practical experience after obtaining the academic qualification, which is a period of one year for holders of a PhD in the field of accounting
