Hi ,
I signed a tenancy contract in Dubai for a retail outlet to start from July 1 st 2020. The contract was signed on June 22nd and I gave termination notice on June 26 th . The penalty period of early termination is 6 months . Do I have to pay this penalty as my contract date is starting on July 1st and I have intimated termination before the start date date
