Hi sir good afternoon, which hospital can i general check up all my body coz this eid coming I was feel so dizziness, and fainting apart from my physical exhaustion ,general weakness and loss of consciousness, but my boss want to add 1hr more for my 10hrs timing .can i get any hospital certificates doctor to show to my boss so thats she will understand my boddy weak..1yr and 8 month's been working on his salon,and i connot accept my boddy adtional 1 hr timing pls help me doctor..which hospital can give me certiface that my body so weak..
