We would like to inform you that if you mean the employer, then you have to file a complaint in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and clarify the reasons of the complaint and attach the documents that prove your complaint. The labor office will hear the employer, then they will decide and issue the verdict or refer it to the labor court.

I've already did that ..actually it's my 3rd times to re-activate my complained!!!MOHRE just only accepted our complaints but they just forwarding it here in TWAFOUQ...they are the one who responsible to communicate in our company but the ending is closed case without no prior noticed to me!!!if I will call again the MOHRE ..they will told me that the TWAFOUQ declared that I withdrawn my complained but the truth is "no!"
