We would like to inform you that the father of the girl has to go to the notary in the court that within the his residence place and then create a special power of attorney for the person who will complete the marriage procedures on his behalf in Dubai and then certify the agency from the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and then from the UAE Ministry and send it to you via the UAE Embassy.

Thanks for your revert. Request you to let me know what are documents which will be required to prepare this power of attorney from notary office? what documents would my would be father in law should carry with him?

The father’s identity document
His daughter's identity document
Identification document of the person concerned

Thanks for the revert but Attorney is asking for my certificate of suitability for marriage which i need to get from my country's consulate

 A certificate of proof of whether the groom or the bride is single, widowed or divorced, whether outside the UAE (by the applicant's foreign ministry and UAE consulate in that country) or in the UAE (by the applicant's consulate and the UAE foreign ministry)
