Good morning can i ask something regarding my finished contract. I finished my contract last July 30,2020 the company have unpaid salary of 3 months it is possible to get that and how about my air ticket it is also give because i wanna go back to my country in Phillippines please tell me because there is no responce regarding my request thank you its me Amando M. We would like to inform you that if you mean the employer, then you have to file a complaint in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and clarify the reasons of the complaint and attach the documents that prove your complaint. The labor office will hear the employer, then they will decide and issue the verdict or refer it to the labor court.
